The ship was gorgeous with lots of comfortable places to sit and relax. The entire crew was extremely friendly, polite, and attentive to each and every guest. There was a wide variety of food from which to choose and all of it was delicious. The islands that we visited were everything we had hoped they would be when we signed up last June, despite the hurricanes. We were hesitant to go on this trip after seeing so much in the news about how much devastation there was on several of the islands. We were actually hoping that Viking would cancel the cruise. However, Viking made the right call on this and we are SO, SO glad that we went. The itinerary was amended to take us to the islands that sustained very little damage and the local people desperately needed the cruise ships to come in to get their economies going again. We had a wonderful time and were very tempted to stay onboard for the next cruise.
