We sometimes were breasted outboard of other cruise boats. On every such occasion, I noticed that our Viking staff manning the quarter deck were more attentive, better dressed and the gangway cleaner than those on the other boats.

My wife has celiac disease and therefore allergic to gluten. We explained that to the chef when we embarked, then never had a problem with the food.
