We chose this cruise as a trip prior to Thanksgiving that we spend with our children in New Orleans.
The embarkation process was hideous. The lines and waiting were terrible. The disembarkation was just as bad. The self assist departure was to be at 7:30 AM, we stood in line on the ship until 9:00 AM when we finally got to leave. Some people were in danger of missing flights.
The ship has been refurbished and is beautiful. The rooms seem a little smaller, but are very nicely done. The changes to the common areas are very nice and the addition of a bowling lane was quite interesting(extra cost).
It was tight to move around and storage was less than expected, but the balcony was worth every penny.
There is nothing there but small shops.
Nothing there but a flea market.
Not much here other than shopping and beach or pool.
