This is our 2nd trip with this cruise line. So many people said it was good and our first cruise was so bad, so we gave them a second chance. It was no better than the first. Food repeats, TV repeats, Boring activities, and always, always, always trying to sell you something,. All try to sell, but here it is constantly in your face and if you are not doing a service that they are charging you for you will be waiting. Beginning and ending of cruise trying to get on and off is terrible to say the least. Food times are not synced to ship activities, and especially not to shore excursions. Returned from Cayman Island excursion and as everyone is getting on board, all food places were closed (except venues that charge for the meal) and a little café that could only seat around 75 people at most that ended up having around 400 people looking for food while we were there (snacks only), and that was a common them on other ports as well.

I could go on and on about how poor our 14 days total (two cruises) with this cruise line was, but I will leave you with this. We were not at our other trip or this one the only people unhappy. People in line during disembarkation were doing walk off service earlier in the AM (dragging all their luggage through the ship) rather than wait for their time because they did not want to stay on the ship even an hour or more than they had too, and it was not one or two people, but at least a half dozen just in the people around us in line and that was not to mention all the people during the cruise that expressed there dissatisfaction as well, often very vocally.

Also, highly DO NOT recommend this cruise ship for elderly, with or without walkers or wheelchairs.

Port Reviews

Roatan

Elections taking place, so parts of the island were not accessable. Small little shopping area, but tours were still avalible

Cozumel

Always a nice visit, make sure you barter for better prices if you go out of the port shopping area, 25-50% off asking price should be a min. you get as a discount. Don't be afraid to walk away (they will drop the price faster, and if not you can always go back later after seeing anonther shop or two)

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

I like Grand Cayman, the only reason I gave this a poor rating, is the run around and pricing for only trying to go to one place. We have been to this location before and only wanted to visit Hell this time, and price went from $8 per person to $25 per person because we did not have a full vehicle (and this was a taxi). If you know where you are going, don't be afraid to walk two blocks in and take the public bus (vans) it will cost you $2.50 per trip per person.
