The only problem was the embarkation in Venice. Waited in a very long queue. No annoucements only heard different rumours. (computers offline, bomb scare etc) Stood in the queue which felt like hours. No seats outside for one to sit on. Eventually, on entering the building there were chairs. Worse chaos inside. One does not know where to proceed.
Not enough staff at disembarkation. (discovered broken suitcase wheel and noone to help us.) The immigration took a very long time. Once through the immigration there are no MSC staff only South Africans.
Food good.
We asked for two separate beds and had to find the cabin attendant to attend to our request. Towels were replaced with clean ones every morning and evening. Cabin was vacuumed every day. Asked for ice every evening which was done.
