Incredible deal for visiting Rome, Valencia Spain, Lisbon Portugal, Porta Delgada Azores. Very nice itinerary for a great price. Our first transatlantic cruise and already planning another one. Ship was in good overall shape for age. Noted some areas that could have been cleaned a little better but not bad overall. We arrived 2 days early in Rome and did a Vatican/Colosseum combined tour that fit our needs well but be prepared for a LOT of walking doing both in one day. Lisbon walking tour was very good also. Canadian Captain was very easy to understand and staff overall was very friendly. Aleksandr in the main dining room was exceptional as was Rommel (didn't work together but sat in both sections and seen Rommel daily in the Windjammer as he greeted each day with a different accessory making it fun. We enjoyed 2 movies in the ships cinema which was surprisingly big and well laid out. Menu in the main dining room was good daily - for breakfast and lunch we usually opted for the windjammer as it was quick and easy. If staying in Rome the Hotel Condotti was clean and nice place to stay by the Spanish steps with lots of food and shopping in the area

Cabin Review

Cabin 9570
stateroom was not bad but some areas could have been cleaned better - we did find a hair tie in the bathroom from previous guest and floor did not appear to be swept regularly - other than that it was in good repaid and daily service was good.
