My wife and I have enjoyed Royal Carribean for the most part for all of our cruise wants and needs... Not the case on this cruise.... We travel with several others, we had 12 suites... The suites were normal but clean, the bathroom was clean but the toilet backed up several times which of course caused a terrible smell... Our suite was under the pool deck, the noise was so loud it was impossible to get any sleep, we were up until 2:30-3:00 every night of the cruise... Calling the guess relations desk was a waste of time, they stated there was nothing they could do and they were extremely rude, not what you typically get from guest relations in most cases... The food in the dining rooms was great and our waitress was the best... That's about the only good experience on this cruise...Whatever you do stay away from the machines in the casino, they are much to tight to win even the smallest amount... This cruise ship, staff and destinations is just not worth the money...
