If you are preparing for a cruise, and reading reviews, do not be turned off by negative reviews! This ship was amazing! It was clean, and was in perfect condition. The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone had drink packages with gratuities built in, but the bar staff was always working real hard. There were many pool servers, and pool butlers keeping an eye out for chair hogs. We were able to get pool chairs even on sea days no problem. The balcony in our room (Concierge deck 10) had a deeper than balcony than I have had before, allowing for a footstool and stretching out of legs.

The crowd was older and this was not a party ship which I enjoyed. I tried Sky Lounge a couple times, but by midnight, its a room full of drunks and bad music. If it was ten years ago, I would have been first in line, but not my thing anymore.

The glaring negative of this ship was somewhat out of control, but Celebrity really made a mess of a bad situation. Our initial intinerary was Puerto RIco, St Maarten and St Thomas. We picked the cruise for the ship and those islands. They were all wiped out by hurricanes in the months previous though, so obviously that is not controllable.
