New places to visit and new cultures to experience.The ports of call were excellent and the time in its port adequate for the tours planned. The crew was good for the most part although attention to detail was lacking. The ship was clean and the housekeeping did a great job. The Hotel manager was visible but not engaged. The Staff Captain did a great job keeping the crew doing their duties as needed. The food in the Buffet was almost always cold and the fruits not ripe.The ship shows its age being the oldest in the Millennium class and needs refurbishing which i heard that it is scheduled soon. The cruise director and his staff was very good, the different games and shows were well planned and executed.

The guest relations Manager was not visible and her staff needs more training. The two exceptions were Daniela the events coordinator and Rose the Captain's Club hostess that did an outstanding job.
