Hello, TeamTrom checking in and I am going to give you my review of the Carnival Vista. My wife and I, along with my father and his girlfriend boarded this ship for a 6 Night Western Caribbean cruise on November 12th, 2017. I am going to limit my review to the cruise only and not include port of calls.

This is our 5th cruise and while that is limited compared to a lot of cruisers, I feel as though I have been on a large enough variety to give a fair assessment based on my/our views. I want to start this thing off by saying that I had a great vacation/cruise. The way I see it is if I have a week on the ocean it is considerably better than at work but the ship in itself was disappointing.

I want to start off on a good note and say that the boarding process is extremely quick and smooth if you come prepared by having your online check in complete and documents in hand. I have never gone through security, checking in and boarding as quickly as we did for Vista. It might have a little to do with the port since we have never departed from Miami before.

Cove Balcony

Good size room, great layout. Small deck as expected and the "Cove" atmosphere was much less than desired.
