We had used Norwegian before this cruise was convenient because we could take the train to the port in NYC. We also have been on two other cruises with another line. As far as the ship was concerned the balcony was very small . Only to people could fit on it and that would be close. The food, entertainment , staff and interior was good.

The big problem with the ship was the way the staff and crew managed the people on the ship. To describe the other passengers, it was like you were stuck at a crowded Jersey shore beach with Jersey Shore people. Individuals were allowed to take over sections of the boat at the expense of others. Forget about getting a chair by the pool. Families would have someone come early and leave a towel so they could save the whole area for the day. The pool area was very overcrowded. When I was finally able to get in the pool I swam over and leaned wall of the pool while in the pool and someone near me tapped me on the shoulder and said "That spot is saved". So the all the edges of the pool are saved.

Even in the Theater you would get there every for a show only to find some saving a whole row , so there family members can come late and still have seats. When I complained about this to the staff they did nothing.
