This ship is in desperate need of being upgraded or scrapped altogether as it is so old and clearly showing the signs. Our room had worn and stained carpeting, walls and the bathroom was ridiculous. Even after the bathroom was cleaned it still smelled. We followed the advice of past reviews on this ship and removed the automatic tipping and I am so glad we did as the staff here was either rude or impossible to find when you needed them. the food in the Buffet areas was inedible and was so unorganized lines formed as you either could not find anything or things were placed anywhere! The saving grace and only reason I gave it the second star was for the wait staff we had in Michelangelo's. Our waiters made the cruise for us every night and it was the only time we had a half way decent meal. Think we saw the cabin guy 3x on the whole 7 day cruise mostly the last couple of days because that is when they look for their tips.
