Thanksgiving on the seas with my hubby, sister & her hubby....Embarkation was fairly smooth, greeted with a lovely smile & glass of bubbly. Concierge lunch was delayed, service in the select dining room was excruciatingly slow & lacked attention. Waited 30 minutes to place our order, drink orders often delivered incorrectly, once drink orders were placed, never saw the drink waiter again during 2 hour meal, unless we asked several times. I noticed a marked decline in service & the staff seemed weary & at times standoffish.....

Ship is beautiful, concierge class cabin was well maintained. Captains Club & Concierge Host were helpful & pleasant.
