This was our 3rd cruise with Scenic and they really know how to do everything to perfection. The staff couldn't be nicer and by the end of the cruise they felt like family. They are friendly, professional, courteous, funny and happy to help with anything you ask. The ship we were on was beautiful, the cabin was generous in size and everything worked well. There was also the new additions to enjoy - the gym and the Salt Room. The bonus on the Scenic ships is the private balcony that can be used open or closed. The food was top quality as was the service. All the excursions were well organised and very enjoyable. We love that on the Scenic cruises everything is included, ALL drinks, including the mini-bar, all meals, all excursions, all entertainment, wifi - this makes for a very relaxing cruise knowing that you need not spend one extra cent if you don't want to. We will definitely continue to travel with Scenic.
