We booked this cruise with the thought that this is as good as Tui cruises get , we were totally disappointed, from start to finish all we did was wait , we had to wait [a long time] to embark, wait for tables at dinner, wait for drinks in fact a large part of our holiday was taken up waiting for every thing,we put it down to untrained staff as a lot of them had no idea why they were on the ship.

The food was of a very poor standard and poorly served in all areas ,buffet ,M.D.R. Glasshouse and Italian, and the snack shack served the same food every single day.

The entertainment was generally mediocre apart from a couple of shows by the ships company and a wonderful singer called Ben he was the highlight of our entertainment experience.

Cabin Review

Cabin balcony

Our cabin was very good and our steward Art was first class, he kept our cabin spotless, we had more than enough storage space and the port side balcony was a blessing on the five day crossing as we had sunshine all day and it was impossible to get a sunbed on deck on seadays
