Our first and without a doubt last MSC cruise, bad at its best terrible at its worst.

Having booked this cruise 15 months in advance and getting our cabins changed 6 days before we travelled was the start of things to come. After many hours on the phone to the most unhelpful customer services I have ever dealt with I eventually got no explanation why they were changed, but did get upgrade.

Once on board in Miami the first impression of the ship was good, very nice cabins and the general decor of the public areas excellent ( not really anything else good to say )
