Cabin: Interior Stateroom with Virtual Balcony

This was my first cruise and the whole experience was awful. Room was very dirty, moldy toilets, strong mold/mildew smell in cabin, air filter was black with mold, and the water in the room came out milky white. Trash was left in can and under bed. Spoke with front desk assistant manager and he was unwilling to help us or notify the Captain, it was 3:30am and multiple guests were sleeping in the lobby! Not once did any employee apologize for these issues. I was told there was nothing more for them to do other than offer us a 20% future cruise credit. That is unacceptable. The “food” if that’s what they call it in the Windjammer Café was cold and had an awful taste seems frozen and microwaved. The only decent meal we had was at Chopped. We were told by our servers you only get the “good food” on 7days or more not on the budget cruises. These are just the issues I experienced personally, my family who was on the ship with us had bugs in their room!!! ZERO accountability on this ship. It was unsafe and unlawful to be subjected to those conditions. I will NEVER be on a Royal Caribbean cruise ever again. EVER!
