After 30 plus cruises not sure whats going on with Celebrity. From the time we arrived at the port to the time we left the ship we faced many delays . Arrived at 11:00 a.m. and waited over 1.5 hrs to board the ship , then the ship was to depart at 4:00 but again a 1.5 hr delay. The safety drill has a new format (video) over 45 minutes standing. When allowed in our cabins after 2:00 p.m. carpets & sink dirty from last guest. Singers and dancers just average poor show quality but the Celebrity band excellent as usual. Food in MDR was good with excellent service ,menus looked liked they were recycled tattered and torn. Missed first island Coco Cay (unusual stop for Celebrity) unable to tender then on to the Dominican. The tender here was a rough water ride with very expensive excursions (not a usual stop for cruise ships. St. Thomas was our next stop, witnessed storm damage, glad to drop a few dollars to help out locals they sure need the tourist industry to help rebuild after the storms.

Oceanview cafe needs a good cleaning food particles on window ledges day after day table not cleaned thoroughly. Food in Oceanview was well below standards most dishes not hot but a wide variety of salads and breads. Dining in speciality restaurants was excellent but costly.

Time to re-think Celebrity; their standards are slipping, prices are increasing, will be looking for better value from other cruise lines.

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom 10

Cabin 10

Cabins not ready until after 2:00 p.m. . Found tooth paste in sink from last guests and cabin still not vacuumed with dirty Kleenex and hangers on closet floor.
