Deffinately not worth the money. Soo many things were an up charge(like I didn't spend enough getting on the ship already), and the people who were supposed to be in charge of guest service were terrible. The only people who were actually good at interacting with the customers were the wonderfull people in the dining and the super sweet people who cleaned my cabin. I came with my family and in the first few days someone reported my 17 year old brother missing, so instead of contacting my mother(his legal gaurdian) about it they conducted a search and turned the ship around. After finding him they threatened to kick us off of the ship and proceded to tell us that he(a 17 year old, not a 5 year old) had to be with my mom for the rest of the cruise. Apparently when you're almost an adult you can't take care of yourself and need constant supervision. Customer service wasn't much help with anything, and we spent a rediculous amount of time there. Other than that basically everything on the ship cost money. You want icecream, you better have money. Coffee, they have a starbucks, and you bet your lucky booty it's gonna cost you, a lot of dining places cost money. They try to get you to buy everything! Then comes my club experience. The DJ sucked. He switched up the music, and when I requested more up beat music he decided to play "chasing cars" by snow patrol. Then the boat started rocking more than usual and he decided that was the perfect time to play "titanic". In all honesty he would have been better replaced by a play button. Getting back on to the ship was very lackluster, I felt like I was being hearded like cattle. I favorite part was when I was finally able to get off the ship. Never cruising with them again.
