It was my family's first cruise and can I say that Captain Marek and his crew have set the standard way high for future cruises? Excellent in every way. Captain Marek's interaction with passengers including his singing, volleyball playing, belly flop judging, Parade of Nations address, and overall friendliness made this a trip to remember. He is a class act. And his professionalism is reflected in his crew. Steve the Cruise Director and his colleagues, Jacob, Talita, and Mama were amazingly talented, fun, and entertaining. The fine dining in Aquarius was always excellent and our servers were friendly, kind, and courteous. Kelly (Marie) and Denfield took care of our table each evening and they were so professional and always went above and beyond. Our room was taken care of by Kemal and he was top notch. The shows in the theater were amazing and well done. Every staff member who passed me always greeted me. I never felt I had to wait for anything. Overall, this ship is going to be a hard act to follow, but I'm so glad it was my first experience. Thank you, Captain Marek and the wonderful crew on Vision of the Seas.
