very poor service in dining room on 4

my daughter asked for Blue cheese dressing and was told they did not have anymore in the dining room, the Head waiter came back with a "packet" of dressing TERRIBLE

food terrible, mostly luke warm 3 meals food was dried out .Returned with shrimp in the shell, no help for the ladies removing them 

changed table 3 times, so tight you could not move or wait staff

could not serve you properly   spoke with gentlemen in Diamond Lounge 

about my concerns but never got back to me

all very unfriendly and disorganized at the price of the
