As a family of four on our first cruise, we chose the Carnival Vista for its endless activities and constant fun. Looking back, I know that the Carnival Vista was the perfect choice.

Dining ( * = included option) :

> *Horizons/Reflections - 2 main dining rooms on the ship, open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Waiters sing and dance every 20-30 minutes. Good quality despite mass production, half of menu changes each day. Can get busy at peak dinner hours.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin 8D

We had one balcony cabin and one interior cabin. As expected, the interior was fairly simple, and we only went in this room to sleep. The balcony cabin was very nice, and I’ll go into more detail for this room. The bathroom is not the best bathroom ever, but it has a decent-sized shower and enough space for one person to get ready comfortably. The sofa converts to a bed, and next to that is the actual bed, which can be two twins or a queen. The balcony has great views of the ocean, although there is an unfortunate beam right at eye level while sitting for us shorter people. Still, a great room with enough size for four who get along well.
