This cruise was chosen for us by our sons and family. It was to celebrate our 50th anniversary. They choose well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our servers in the Sapphire dining room, Amergail and Desran were wonderful. Staff in the Windjammer also, were friendly and nice. Kept keeping the tables clean and brought something you needed. Entertainment was very good as well. Housekeeper kept room clean and provided items we needed. Various options to participate in or watch. Dancing instructors were fun and helpful. Ice show was well done. Travis Cloer was entertaining. The 70’s show on the promenade was entertaining. Trivia programs were fun. Casino was okay, shops were clean and organized. Didn’t avail of purchasing anything but, they were nice. Off shore excursions were booked by family but, what we did was fun. Pool areas were very nice and plenty of staff for that and bars. Sporting areas wer very nice as well. Grandchildren used the Flowrider, basketball court, ice skating, etc. Embarkation was smooth. Disembarkation could have been a bit better. Needed an adjustment on our final bill. The customer service had a long line. Felt all ares should have been open that morning. It left us separated from our family. Overall a good experience.

Cabins were small but efficient. Provided a safe and soaps hairdryer etc. Housekeepers were friendly and helpful.
