A cold men's steam room for 5 days. No actual steam for 7 days. No spa amenities except for shampoo and paper towels. Not a Qtip not a tissue no moisturizer. Wait staff squeezing between tables and chairs in the dining rooms because most of the tables are on top of each other. Imagine a ship with 4,500 passengers, both the men's and women's changing rooms having 24 lockers each but only one shower in the men's and women's changing rooms. The stench in the only shower was nauseating. The Guest Services staff were clueless and they constantly misdirected us. They need training or retraining. My wife's mani/pedi was overpriced with an undeserved automatic 18% gratuity considering the poor service. The Nassau tour wasted 50 minutes at a local restaurant when we wanted to tour the island. The local restaurant charged $25pp for food we did not want to eat while we were looking forward to dinner in the Grande dining room.
