Cabin: Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom

Over all, the ship is nice. Cabin was good size with plenty of storage, but balcony was very small. We found the bathroom to be very roomy with plenty of storage. The best show was the Million Dollar Quartet - just FABULOUS!!! Food in the upscale restaurants was very good, as should be expected. However, in the regular dining rooms, just okay. In O'Sheehan's has a hot dog for a quick lunch one day and the bun was hard as a rock. In the Tropicana Dining Room, my husband actually sent a steak back and ordered something else. In the 40 years we've been married, he's never done that!! Likewise, service in the upscale restaurants was very attentive, but not so much in the regular dining rooms. My biggest complaint is that the smell of smoke from the casino permeates most of the public areas in the middle of the ship in the open atrium. They really need better ventilation and smoke eaters to neutralize the stench. Both embarkation and debarkation went very smoothly and quickly.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BB

Cabin was good size with plenty of storage. Only outlets are at the desk area - 2 regular outlets, 2 European outlets. Bring either a multi-plug outlet or a couple of European adapters. Work around for night light issue with battery operated tea lights - 2 in cabin, 2 in bathroom provided enough light to get to/from bathroom without so much light to wake you up completely. Bathroom had a good amount of storage.

Port Reviews

Harvest Caye

Didn't spend much time in Harvest Caye as we booked a tour to ruins and Spice Farm. Very enjoyable!

Costa Maya

Relaxing day to walk around, shop and just enjoy the day.
