We were looking for a cruise that would be going to Santorini on the day of my 60th and 1st wedding anniversary. The only cruise ship that was going there was the Norwegian Star. We were rather worried after reading so many mixed reviews that the standards would be not be to our expectations as we used to the Cunard and royal Caribbean cruise ships. We asked for room 9072 as this had good reviews and we were more than happy with it. Very spacious and refurbed. The house keeper outstanding (agnelo Cardozo) he was so kind and always happy. The food was a very high standard and plenty of choice. Cagney's and the bistro were outstanding along with Gatsby's champagne bar. Its a relaxing way to cruise instead of what we had experienced on previous cruises which suited us on this trip. Boat very clean. Drinks package are a good idea and the product choice all high street brands not local drinks. Great entertainment. As with all reviews its your personal experience. I would definitely recommend if you want an informal relaxing break.
