Follow closely to the tour guide

The whole trip was awesome except the Valencia panoramic tour from the ship where the tour guide left me behind only to have to find my own way back by public bus and taxi. RC comment.sorry. My final bill posted on my cabin door was taken from my visa account and then followed up by three pending gratuity charges. Next cruise with them will be cash. The cruise was peaceful and very relaxing. The buffet food was a great improvement from previous cruises in the adventure of the seas.by far I will continue on the jewel of the seas.looking now to return to Rome from San Juan to Rome on the same ship. The deck chairs were needing replacement in the smoking area as once you sat down you have a difficult time to get out of them especially for seniors.the staff in all areas were excellent except for the excursion desk where all I got was a sorry. I canceled the next two port excursions with them to find my own off board excursion
