Ship and itinerary: We sailed on the Celebrity Reflection’s Ultimate Caribbean cruise itinerary from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in November 2017. The ports included Key West; Costa Maya, Mexico; Roatan, Honduras; Puerto Limon, Costa Rica; Colon, Panama; Cartagena, Colombia; Georgetown, Grand Cayman; and Cozumel, Mexico. November is a better time to cruise the Caribbean because the heat is not as intense.

Ship: The Reflection is nicely decorated and is kept immaculate by constantly cleaning and maintenance staff. They have “quality” people who patrol the ship looking for things that need attention. Attention is close to immediate.

Staff: The people representing Celebrity were superior! Starting with embarkation which employs a large staff who steered us through the check in and boarding processes. The efficient and pleasant restaurant/bar people served us cheerfully and efficiently making dining a real pleasure. Our cabin with steward and butler provided excellent and timely service. The shore excursion specialists arranged and changed our tours. The reception and concierge representatives and along with the casino hosts were very knowledgeable and helpful. Read more
