I have cruised many times on RCI and it seems that the quality of the food at dinner in the main dining room has slipped. Any beef orders were not cooked as ordered. Our waiter always seemed rushed although he only had a few tables. He often passed food in front of another diner instead of reaching behind. His assistant was excellent. We enjoyed our meals in the Windjammer and the staff was there to help individuals find a table, get coffee and water, etc.

The ice show and Saturday Night Live performances were excellent as was the guitarist who played in one of the bar areas. We also enjoyed watching people on the Flow Rider although none in our group was brave enough to try it.

Our cabin steward went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The entire ship was clean and well kept. Disembarkation was very well organized.
