First time to cruise Cunard....

The ship is nicely decorated and cabin is comfortable. I am very picky with the choice of bed and I had good sleep on board.

Starts with The embarkation. It was a mess and badly organised. After check-in, we were told to wait for them to call our group but there were so many of us never even assign a group. My friend told the staff about the problem. They just ignored and kept told us to wait for the group to call.
