Cabin is nice and big especially i am travelling solo and the facilities in the ship is excellent.

But the biggest problem is the overall moral of the staff. Compareing to the experience which I had just 5 months ago on another NCL ship (Spirit), this was so disappointing. I never saw the cruise director not smiling in the captain party. First time here on the Epics. Went to Taste restaurant by myself twice. First time the Philippino waitress treated you like you are bothering them. Try again to see what happen. Just as bad. Now I understand why so many solo traveler went to buffet even for dinner. Went to check out the wall climbing facilities and one staff pretended to be busy and just ignore your questions. Of course some individual staff are professional and friendly, e.g. Franz Alvarez at the Le Bistro has excellent service and the lady receptionist at the Taste gives you warm welcome always.

The food is terrible comparing to the other NCL ships and other cruise lines. Hot food came cold and the choice is bad in the restaurant. Maybe they want you to go to the buffet or spend money to eat at specility restaurants. Tried Cagney. It was a little disappointing and don't know why it is so different from other ship.
