We choose this cruise because it did not go to the Caribbean, to unknown islands because of the Harricane. We wanted to see more of the Canary Islands. We were disappointed that the Captain knew that he could not 'tender' at Coco Cay and Royal Caribbean did not make provisions to stop at another port, i.e. 'Nassau or Freeport' probably because it cost 'money'. The terminal in Tampa is way too small for the number of passengers on this shio, and there luggage. There were only three Imigration Officers processing the passengers, therefore we were only group number eight and were two hours late leaving the ship and another hour going through Imigration with a Porter, longer if you were on your own. There is no "Globa Entry" at this terminal to expedite Imigration. Royal Caribbean, Imigration and the City of Tampa need to address these issues if Royal Caribbean wants people to cruise from Tampa. We were also 2 1/2 hours from the Skyway Bridge to docking which was over a half hour late.
Balcony never cleaned, entry floor dirty, could not add photos.
