Some restaurant waiters are very rude and abrupt. All Maître d's are extremely unhelpful and ignore you.

We received very bad service from our waiter who was an elderly Italian gentleman. All staff dont know what they are meant to know so if you ask one staff they will give you one answer but if you ask another they will give you a different answer. There was a compulsory drill but we could not get into our cabin to get our life jackets. Guest services refused to help saying that they can only assist after the drill. How are you supposed to take part in the drill if your cabin is locked? Luggage took long to arrive even though we boarded the ship early at 11am. It was not communicated to us that it would take that long.

Service in restaurants is pathetic especially the dinner service. Other waiters do not assist you and refer you to your waiter. This means you wait extra long as you have to deal with your waiter only and these small things like wanting more cutlery could be resolved by the waiters that are there. There needs to be some barrier ropes or staff at the buffet line to assist as you stand long in the queue and it is chaos.
