We are a married couple from Scandinavia, who previously have been on a large number of cruises. We have sailed, both on many Transatlantic cruises, and on other destinations with several different Cruise Lines.

Pre-cruise: We had booked in advance a private shuttle from our arrival airport in London, to our hotel in Southampton.

As several times before, we had reserved a room at the 4* Hotel Novotel in Southampton, one day before the cruise. Unfortunately, this time we were very disappointed with the cleaning of our room. The toilet looked terrible. The shower was also not cleaned.
