Still enjoy Celebrity Lines, but think they are cutting back in many areas.

We spent a few days in Lake Como and toured Italy, then enjoyed the birthday holiday cruise. The crew on Celebrity are always fantastic, but think the powers that be, the management, are making changes. cutting back on many things, and the food is not as good as it has been, or on other lines. Competition for our business is huge and hate to see Celebrity change. The open seating dining was a joke this cruise!!!, finally went to late seating. Our cabin in SV was great, loved the wake everyday!! Sue the cruise director has and still is a great lady. Not real happy with the Shore excursions desk, enjoyed our excursions but had a problem with our tickets and the meeting spot. Brought it to the desk attention after----in one ear and out the other--hear from no one!! The officers were always out and about and friendly always.
