As I have expressed to Royal Caribbean International and several crew members on board regarding our experience, one can truly only hope that this is not the Royal Experience. I have cruised numerous times, this being my second Royal Caribbean cruise.

There were a catalyst of issues that made this experience so horrible, most notably however is the fact that not one crew member on board seemed to give a damn that things were not right.

There were supposed to be two beds in the room there was only one, we got over that, but things got worse from there. We were sat next to an obnoxious group and asked to be seated somewhere else the subsequent nights, that happened two times of where they say us in the aisle way near the kitchen so while dining we were hit with the food carts constantly throughout our dining experience. The other nights they continued to sit us next to this obnoxious group. Even attempting to speak with an Operations Manager or a Dinning Room/Restaurant Manger was pointless as no matter when we asked to speak to these individuals they were conveniently always off shift. We had to endure listening to this group talk about them having sex in cars, talking over our conversation, etc. It got to a point where we had to opt not to do the dining because of this.
