food was cold in the dining room and when questioned the supervisor chastised the waiter when it was the kitchen's fault. Wait staff was great. Staff in Windjammer very lax, person on the door was busy dancing and another was too busy talking rather than cleaning the tables. Room was not very big and not clean in the bathroom. The Pullman bed was not good for an adult and we weren't told that when we booked. This is my third cruise on this ship and the first time it was bad. Think the staff knows ship is not coming back from drydock and wondering if they will have jobs. Our friend was on her first and last cruise after this one. I feel sorry that she won't experience the great times that we have had cruising. After three times on this ship and 2 more Royal Carribean cruises, I think I will look at other cruise lines in the future
