Shore excursions are very expensive; but if you d islands on your own, there's little to do and all of them are a ghetto once you get off the docks and into town.

Ship itself has a major design flaw; the stern of the vessel rides about a foot above water so the ship bounced around like crazy on more than one occasion, getting jolted awake at night from it.
