The room we had was beautiful and clean. Our room attendant was excellent. But the bar service was not good, the casino had old machines and didn’t pay, no good headline shows. Food was excellent in Giovanni’s. The bartenders was not very attentive to the customers, some of the alcohol was not available on the 3rd day, casino had all old machines, bartenders was not very attentive in the casino, The headliner shows were not very good, They had one night theme party and then nothing after. You pay all this money for the cruise plus the drinking package just to find out there are plenty of extra charges like bingo games, they have a drink of the day and you have to pay extra for the cup. The spa was absolutely beautiful, the staff was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. This was our 3rd cruise and this is the first time I actually had complaints.
