I chose this cruise because of the itinerary for the Meditterrean. This was my 12th cruise and 3rd cruise with Norwegian. I was very disappointed in the ship. The crew was not very friendly - rude at times. All onboard activities and beverages were very expensive. The service was ok but there was nothing personal about the service. We only saw our cabin steward twice, but our cabin was clean. The entertainment was mediocre when compared to my other cruises.

Many shore excursions were cancelled after having been reserved with no alternatives offered.

There seemed to be a great deal of disorganization when embarking and disembarking at the ports. Directions were not clear. Crew members did not seem to be able to answer questions. You always got the response that it was not there area. Read more
