We have been on NCL and Carnival, but had heard great things about RC, so that was our catalyst for choosing this cruise. Departing from Galveston was a plus, since we are Texans. Boarding the ship was the best we have EVER experienced. The food was definitely better than we have experienced on past cruises. Onboard activities such as FlowRider and Rock Climbing were not of interest to us, but looked fun for those participating. Putt Putt Golf was fun! Really enjoyed the Card Room on Deck 10! Loved the Swings! Johnny Rockets was Great - the food AND the entertainment there! Also, if I could give Chops Grille a "12" rating (rather than the high of 10), I would! Super delicious!
Headliner Mark Preston was very entertaining! Didn't really enjoy Saturday Night Fever.
The acrobatic act was entertaining, also.
Clean, adequately-sized. Bathroom fine, though slightly smaller than on a Carnival ship. REALLY liked that the shower was a "cylinder" with 2 sliding doors, rather than a shower curtain. Less water on the floor. Good balcony - no obstructed view. Could see the "flying bridge" to the left several cabins down and on Deck 11, and could see the Hot tub 3 decks up when looking to the right, but neither obstructed our view in any way. Would definitely consider asking for this room again if we cruise on Liberty of the Seas.
