Would recommend to fellow cruisers

Checked in was fast especially that we arrived 2 hours before departure.The ship is very clean, organized and orderly.

Excursions: Plenty to choose from except The "Chichen Itza in Conzumel. The tour is 8 hours but the drive itself is over 4 hours in total and you only have 45-50 minutes to see the ruins itself. They need to improvise the time frame on this tour. Juan the tour guide was very nice and informative. Had a sense of humor to keep us awake on the bus back an forth.

Ship's Staffs were very nice and friendly. Service was superb. Special thank you to the staffs who were very accommodating:

Suparjono and Harley Mar who kept our cabin nice and clean everyday

Netzchiel who accommodated our special request of "off the list" menu for dinner

on the last night of our cruise, was extremely kind of the "CHEFS" to make our request possible. A shout out for them!!! The food was great!

Special thanks to "Mario" (First officer?) who came to dance with me beautifully. Very professional and respectful, he sure can salsa!

Gym was clean

Formal photo nights were great. Photographers were professional. Stationed at different places preventing traffic congestion.

Thank you so very much guys for making our cruise memorable and enjoyable.

Flaws/issues:

Toilet won't flush right away all the time.

Nightly shows (Amber room): Average. Just mostly singing groupies. If your cabin is below or above the entertainment room, the noise is unforgiving if you're trying to rest or sleep.

Latin club: Need improvement on their music. 98% of the music they played were salsa and meringues only. Gets boring quickly.

Spa products: I bought "elemis cream, was told that it was returnable if I ever have a problem. They gave me the run around and "no return" answer 2 days later when I developed an allergic reaction. Had to ask for the Supervisor to resolved the issue.

Wifi is very slow and could take 2 days or more to access.

Night club (white heat)- was undesirable. They could play better music, less raps would be wonderful. Decors were Gothic like.

They need to have "Filipino band/s" on some station and less acoustic players.

Overall, the food, staffs , cleanliness and service were "SUPERB"
