I was excited at first to be doing a non-Caribbean itinerary. Spent 5 days in NYC prior to cruise did the big red bus around the city and saw a show, it was great. I finally got to see the 911 memorial also.

We had a mini suite and bought the drink package. I cruise on another line frequently and all alcoholic beverages are included in our price so getting the drink package was a must for us.

Even with a mini-suite there is no VIP boarding included, its basically a really nice large room with a great bathroom and tiny balcony... that's it. I must say the room made up for the other things lacking, if it wasn't for that room I would have really been upset.
