Traveled for my nephew's wedding on board. Never traveled Royal Caribbean before. Due to hurricane Irma damage, the itinerary changed and they PAID for a "Wedding at Sea". It took nearly a month for RCCL to accommodate this request as the bride chose this ship because her birthday and day she met her husband were a sea day and the captain was not available. Wedding day and the onboard Wedding Coordinator actually performed the ceremony. On checkin, the agents took both her wedding gown and his tux and told them to pick them up at Guest Services once on board. Once at Guest Services, both were "lost" and not found until the next morning.

Dining experience: Food was par, bland and cool to warm everywhere (except the lobster in the MDR). We were supposed to be Anytime Dining but they moved us to 8pm seating. No exceptions allowed! We can't eat at 8pm so mainly ate in the Windjammer buffet.

Poor scheduling: The Art Auction was held in a restaurant way too small for the crowd and the artwork. Also lasted nearly 3 hours!

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D4

Good location, right off Central Park, our favorite area of the ship. Not too far forward and close to the elevator to get up to the pool deck and Solarium.

Port Reviews

Nassau

We have been to Nassau several times. We traveled with a wedding group and took them to John Watling's Distillery, then to the Bahamian Cookin' Kitchen for FRESH conch chowder and conch salad.

Cozumel

Took a taxi from the International Pier to downtown. Shopped (be prepared to be confronted by EACH shop) and ate and excellent lunch at Cielito Lindo Bistro! Family owned and wonderful food!
