My wanted to go on a cruise this year but had been to the carribean several times. I then remembered I was retiring so I suggested the Panama Canal. I thought it would be 14 days but she found this one for 10 days. I had convinced her because the ship went to Cartegena so she would be able to cross South America off her bucket list.

We did Princess EZ Air because of time restraints. Everything went smoothly - from the flight to Princess shuttle to embarcation.

We ate breakfast and lunch usually in the World Marketplace. Tried the omelet at the BBQ once. We had the pub lunch once and went to tea once. All dinners except for the canal day were in the Palm dining room. I was very satisfied with the food.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony

Caribe deck with large balcony. Room was clean. Usual small shower.

Port Reviews

Princess Cays

Walked around and went to the barbecue.

Cartagena (Spain)

Port stop was too short and too early. We did the Hop On Hop Off bus to see as nuch as possible.

Colon (Cristobal)

Nothing at this port. Panama Canal. Must take ship sponsored tour. We did the ferry to the Pacific which allows you to see more of Panama. Long day but highly recommended.
