Bucket list cruise - Panama Canal and all that. Great itinerary. Cruise was very good. As usual fellow guests are the main memories but the cabin was good, restaurants good, service in general good to excellent, bars - especially Windjammer and Dazzles - and entertainment fine, all very positive. Enjoyed the Sun, slightly smaller ship. Embarcation and especially disembarcation were poor, second time in a row. Information dissemination on board was poor so we had to queue for an hour to disembark. The one tour we booked on board with NCL was poor, the coach broke down so we lost a lot of time and were nearly late getting back to the ship after a panic with the tour company rep. Then NCL were cheap over the refund due, delaying compensation which meant it was difficult to spend our OBC. BUT, despite the niggles it was very good and the efforts of so many great NCL crew should not be under valued by the actions of a few incompetents!
