This was the first trip on Royal Caribbean and the only thing fun was shopping with Matt or the ports when getting off the ship even though that was a problem because they would tell us to go one place and it would not be correct and half to be rerouted to another location. There were a lot of problems with the room and what was going on with the ship like when trying to get on we were rushed on and could not ask any question. When we told employees about the issues they just shrugged it off and did not care to fix it or tell someone. Some of them were from the TV turning on and off in the middle of the night to the toilet not working because there was a problem. Then there was the speaker in the room to listen for what was going on did not work and had to open our room door to hear the information. We also left 2 hours late and it was dark so we could not see anything outside. I had also told them about it being my anniversary and when we get to dinner we had to share a table with another couple so my wife and I could not share a dinner together. My wife and I had tried to go to the pool and hot tub but every time we did they were closed and it was only 8pm when we went. There were other times they were closed at noon for the pool and hot tub too. The sprinkles only had chocolate ice cream and did not work all the time. The room cleaning service was not great because it did not happen till 1057pm at night or later and the garbage was overflowing when we needed it done. The bed was so hard that we could not sleep and had to either go to the couch or sleep outside in the lounge chair and the balcony side door was loose so we heard it rattle nonstop when trying to sleep too. The windjammer was always out of food and could not always eat when it was open. The cups that we got for the soda package did not work sometimes or they were always out of soda to drink.
