Seemed many things cost money that I wasn't used to, such as some shows, bar cover charge, & postcards, & we wouldn't have known about the GLOW (former White Out Party) if we hadn't been on Cruise Critic. We booked our onboard entertainment a week before cruise (after having been notified via CC that bookings were open)--there were entertainment kiosks onboard that had no lines that we found after we had boarded (although times can't be changed & there's no double booking). We wish there had been teas, lectures about the ports, lectures about shopping in the ports, scavenger hunts, scrapbooking/art classes, organized games (hearts/spades), & more activities, especially around 4pm on port days. We thoroughly enjoyed the (clean) dueling pianos & the dance dinner show in the Tropicana. Food was nice everywhere, but service was slow. We preferred Moderno for lunch, but didn't eat there at night because it costs. The disembarkation & embarkation were excellent--it took 40 minutes from leaving breakfast to outside waiting for ride.

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom
Cabin IC 11419
Nice cabin--only issue was there was no plug in the bathroom, so if my roommate went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light switch was outside the bathroom door. There was plenty of storage.
Deck 13 Inside Cabins, Outside Cabins, Balcony Cabins, Suite Cabins

Port & Shore Excursion Reviews

  • Segway Tour
BEST PORT!!!! Took Segway from port area (after safety video & one-on-one lessons), so we got to see the most gorgeous beach line on our way to the neighboring town. Then we circled the town, seeing all the massage tables & cute shops & restaurants. Wish we had hung out in this town on the beach, but we took our included taxi ride back right after our Segway.

  • Harvest Caye
Ferry & bus ride to Spice Farm & Mayan Ruins. While I saw that most people preferred the Spice Farm, I really enjoyed the Mayan Ruins with the "Stonehenge" type stones, tombs, & ball court.

Enjoyed tour, but not really any shopping time other than the ladies at each stop who sold necklaces & magnets.
