The crew was very friendly and always willing to help you with anything. I had FTTF, and it was nice to drop off my carry on bags/beverages before heading off to eat. It also came in very handy at the Guest Services desk. The Muster Drill was a train wreck and took what seemed like 45 minutes. The cabin was a balcony obstructed (deck 5)...and the lifeboat didn't obscure the view enough to care. The food was really good as was the service. The Serenity was fabulous though not always serene, but getting there literally at the crack of dawn is a must if you want a wicker cabana. It was annoying how many people put their stuff down and didn't return for hours on end, but the staff was good about removing their stuff if they were gone long. As usual, there were those who didn't honor the dress code for the MDR, but I was certainly glad I didn't see anyone in a bathrobe in the buffet this time!!
The cabin was very clean when we arrived. The obstruction was the front of a lifeboat and did not interfere with the view much. The pillows were great, the bed was adequate, and I was able to sleep like a baby. The steward was friendly and attentive. He attended to the cabin twice a day and made towel animals by request!
