  3. Celebrity Summit
We had booked several months ahead as an anniversary cruise. That was before the hurricanes hit. Celebrity was no way ready to sail again after the hurricanes hit the Caribbean. Embarkation horrible at the San Juan airport. In spite of us having paid for the ship transfers, we literally waiting in a line for 1.5-2 hours for the buses to arrive. Our cabin was sufficient, concierge class, but our bathroom smelled like urine from day 1. We reported it to the steward, he supposedly reported to his boss. We were told it would "take a few days" for it to be fixed which was a leaky toilet tank under the tile. We were never given the option of moving to another cabin and this ship was not by any means full. Shore excursions and ports: Barbados was basically a dump, very dull island tour. St. Thomas replaced with Martinique but them it was a national holiday and no shops or restaurants were open. Because the ship wasn't full we were able to change out some shore excursions for better ones. Service from our steward was just the basics not even enough shampoo/conditioner. Buffet food was very bland and we stopped eating there by the third day. The up charge restaurant we went to was very good but the charge was $45 extra per person. Disembarkation again in San Juan was a mess. The airport had people seated on the floors because not enough chairs. We were so glad to get home and will never use Celebrity again. This trip should have been canceled by the company.

Very bad experience.
